  Photovoltaic power generation is a technology that directly converts light energy into electrical energy by utilizing the photovoltaic effect of the semiconductor interface. The key element of this technology is the solar cell. After the solar cells are connected in series, they can be packaged and protected to form a large-area solar cell module, and then combined with inverters and other components to form a photovoltaic power generation device. As an electronic product, photovoltaic inverter is composed of many components. Inverter, also known as power regulator, can be divided into independent power supply and grid-connected use according to the use of inverter in photovoltaic power generation system. 

  According to the waveform modulation method, it can be divided into square wave inverter, step wave inverter, sine wave inverter and combined three-phase inverter. For inverters used in grid-connected systems, it can be divided into transformer-type inverters and non-transformer-type inverters according to whether there is a transformer. The sine wave inverter manufacturer said that in order to make the photovoltaic power station better benefit the people, the inverter, the core component of the photovoltaic power station, must be repaired and maintained. 

  It should be noted here that before any maintenance work, the electrical connection of the inverter to the grid should be disconnected first, and then the electrical connection of the DC side should be disconnected. Wait at least 5 minutes until the internal components are discharged before starting repair work. Any fault that affects the safety performance of the inverter must be eliminated immediately before the inverter can be turned on again. Avoid unnecessary circuit board contact to avoid electric shock. Observe electrostatic protection regulations, wear an anti-static wristband, and pay attention to and obey the warning signs on the product. 

  Preliminarily visually inspect the equipment for damage or other dangerous conditions before operation, and pay attention to the hot surface of the inverter. For example, the radiator of power semiconductors, etc., still maintain a high temperature for a period of time after the inverter is powered off. After the final machine maintenance is completed, make sure that any faults affecting the safety performance of the inverter have been resolved before turning on the inverter again. Understand the maintenance specifications of photovoltaic grid-connected inverters, and pay attention in the daily maintenance and repair process, so as to avoid the occurrence of hidden dangers.
